Get your fill of fresh seafood at Long Island Maritime Museum’s annual Seafood Festival, 11 a.m.-6 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 25, and Sunday, Aug. 26, at 88 West Ave. in West Sayville. Check out the menu, it’s all there: oysters, clams, lobster rolls and, of course, freshly steamed whole lobsters. For landlubbers, there are burgers and other gourmet foods to choose from. You’ll also find live music beachside, more than 100 vendors selling arts and crafts and more, along with some food trucks.
Enjoy traditional music at Old Bethpage Village Restoration. You’ll find a banjo player, an old-time guitarist, a fiddle and dulcimer duo, contra dancing and a performance by the Old Bethpage Village Brass Band.
