The Patchogue-Medford Friends of the Library is hosting their next book and Media Clearance sale! Most prices range from 10 cents to $1.00. Some specialty and art books are priced higher. Genres include fiction, large print, non-fiction, cookbooks, DVDs, CDs, young adult, children, teacher resources, magazines, library discards and donations. Teachers identify yourselves for a further discount! We are a not for profit group that funds library programs and scholarships. We also donate to over 40 outreach groups.
