If sipping bourbon is on your list of things to do, this one’s for you. More than 25 whiskeys will be showcased during the Winter Bourbon Festival that also features barrel-aged beers, 3:30-7 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 24, at T.J. Finley’s in Bay Shore. Visit the cocktail lab and you’ll learn how to make two bourbon drinks. Admission: $95 gets you unlimited samples and a commemorative tasting glass, along with unlimited barbecue ($15 designated driver includes unlimited barbecue as well)
