A cultural celebration ushers in the Lunar New Year of the Dog, 1-4 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 11, at the Ward Melville Heritage Organization in the Stony Brook Village Center. You’ll see a Chinese folk art lion dance, craft activities, a martial arts demonstration and a “moving art” dance performance by the Long Island Chinese Dance Group. Reservations required.
