Rescuing Families, Inc. is a non-profit organization helping to improve the homes of people with disabilities, veterans and financial struggles. The organization improves, if not eliminates, the hurdles that come with keeping up their homes. Through donations and sponsorship they are able to have the materials and resources they need to fully renovate people's homes and financially help them to get back on track with their lives.

On Saturday July 20th from 11a-3p the Town of Islip Animal Shelter located at 210 South Denver Ave, Bay Shore will be holding a Dog Wash.
