Giving up meat doesn’t mean living without burgers.
One of the most common types of veggie burgers are
made out black beans..
1) Drain the water from a can of black beans.

hold together. Check if the beans you are using are
salted or not so you don’t accidentally over salt.
4) When your vegetables are ready, use a blender or
a masher to combine the beans and vegetables with
seasonings of your choice.

black beans, most people stick with traditional fl avors.
Think cumin and chili powder. Of course, you can take
the fl avors wherever you want by adding your favorite
seasonings. If you are trying to recreate the fl avor of

experiment with adding fl our (regular wheat or gluten
free), bread crumbs, oats, or ground fl axseed to reach
the right consistency.

of a burger. You can make it big, small, thick, or thin
