6. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until
golden and set. Remove from the
oven and let them cool on the cookie
sheet for a few minutes before moving
to a cooling rack to fi nish cooling.ä

Makes approximately 16 to 18 cookies
3/4 cup unsalted butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 small eggs
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose fl our
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
4 cups rolled oats
1 cup dried cranberries
1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. Grease
and line a large cookie sheet with
parchment paper.
