Black Truffle Burrata – grilled peaches, hazelnuts, Prosciutto di Parma
Spaghetti Cacio e Pepe – Pecorino Romano, shaved black truffles, fresh black pepper, micro basil
Slow-Roasted Lamb Shoulder – spring carrot puree, pickled rainbow radish, black truffle shavings
