Public Sale of Collateral

Description

In accordance with the Texas Business and Commerce Code, Chapter 9, Patmos Capital Partners, LLC (“Secured Party”) will conduct a public sale to dispose of the following collateral after default by DDMR Investments LLC (the “Debtor”): Eighty (80) Units of Series B Units in the CZAB Investments LLC, a Texas limited liability company (the “Company”) together with all of Debtor’s other rights, title, and interest of every kind and character whatever in and to the Company and under the Company Agreement (herein so called), dated August 24, 2023, by and between Debtor and Secured Party, as amended or modified and in effect, together with all of Debtor’s other rights, title and interest of every kind and character whatever in and to the Company and under the Company Agreement. Collateral will be sold to the highest qualified bidder for cash, provided that Secured Party may bid by credit against the indebtedness. The sale will occur between the hours of 2:00pm and 4:00pm CST on Monday, December 22, 2025, at 2083 N. Collins Blvd., Suite 200, Richardson, Texas 75080.
