Public Sale of Collateral (March 30, 2026)

Description

All assets of NextProcess,L.P., a Texas limited partnership (“NextProcess”), including, but not
limited to, software, client contracts, intellectual property, source code, trademarks, and
securities, but in any case, excluding NextProcess’ entire right, title, and interest in and to certain
accounts receivable and other financial assets owing from specified account debtors, specifically
First Brands Group, LLC (successor in interest to Trico Group LLC) and its subsidiaries and
affiliates generated under the NextProcess License and Service Agreement executed on August
19, 2020, with First Brands Group, LLC, and sole via the platform administered by LiquidX, Inc.,
the rights related thereto, all general intangibles, instruments, documents, and chattel paper. The sale will occur between the hours of 12:00pm and 2:00pm CST on Monday, March 30, 2026, at the address noted above.
