PET FOOD DRIVE
Assemblyman Dave McDonough (R,C-Merrick) is promoting
his 14th Annual pet food drive to make sure pets in our area don’t
go hungry. The pet food drive will run through the end of May
and will benefi t Long Island Cares, Baxter’s Pet Pantry. The most
needed items are bagged food, canned food, kitty litter and pet
toys. Please ensure that all pet food is unopened. Those wishing to
donate can drop off pet food at 404 Bedford Ave, Bellmore, NY,
Monday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. This drive
will run through the end of May, and we ask that all pet food be
unopened and in its original packaging. All food will go to Long
Island Cares, Baxter’s Pet Pantry. Thank you for your generosity
