Made from carefully selected Inzolia grapes, it undergoes
spontaneous fermentation. Its pale orange color is the
result of careful maceration on the skins for fi ve days. On
the nose, it reveals aromas of wild fl owers, herbs, almonds,
and orange peel. On the palate, it is soft and savory, with
a balanced acidity, enriched by notes of citrus, dried

LES ANGES SAUVIGNON BLANC
France. The Loire area of France is such a wonderful
place to grow Sauvignon Blanc. It’s famous for
Sancerre, but there are so many other Sauv Blancs that
deliver the goods without spending a lot; Les Anges
is one of them. This is a traditional Sauv Blanc. No
oak. Good fruit. Good acidity and minerality as well.
A touch of citrus fl avors can be found here but not as

Chianti Classico Region, this medium-full-bodied dry red is
mostly Sangiovese (90%) with a dash of Merlot (10%). It is
aged in very large older wood barrels and all the vineyards
