A piece of Four & Twenty Blackbirds’ Salty Honey holiday pie — a fragrant honey custard finished with flakes of sea salt — is paired with a glass of Cuvee Carnaval Blancs. It’s all part of the Eat, Drink and Be Sparkling food and wine pairing series running through Dec. 30 at Sparkling Pointe.
