Pennysaver $1,000 Monthly Sweepstakes Official Rules

1. ELIGIBILITY. You must be a legal resident of Suffolk County or Nassau County in New York State, The United States and at least 18 years at the time of entry. Employees of All Island Media, Inc., their affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, and their immediate families, are not eligible. All Island Media, Inc., reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be: (a) tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion; (b) violating these Official Rules; or (c) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
2. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD. The promotional period for the Pennysaver $1,000 Monthly Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) begins on January 1, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST), and ends on December 31, 2017 at 5:00 p.m. EST (the “Promotional Period”). Monthly drawings for each calendar month (the “Monthly Drawings”) shall be conducted during the Promotional Period. Pennysaver and/or All Island Media, Inc., reserve the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Pennysaver’s or All Island Media’s, reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Promotion, as determined in Pennysaver’s or All Island Media, Inc.’s, sole discretion. In addition, the term and duration of the Promotion may end at any time in the sole discretion of All Island Media, Inc.; provided, however, that all prizes will be awarded for the monthly period in which the termination occurs.
3. ENTRY. Go online to www.pennysaverplus.com/sweepstake/ during the promotional period and enter your name email and zipcode. You may gain additional “referral entries” by sharing the sweepstakes through the referral links provided after you enter. Every time some enters using your exclusive links you will gain an additional entry. There is no limit on referral entries. Alternatively, you can enter by sending a 3” x 5” paper with your name, address and phone number, to: PENNYSAVER $1,000 Monthly Sweepstakes, 1 Rodeo Dr, Edgewood, New York 11717. Limit one (1) response per person for each calendar month during the Promotional Period, whether such response is by website entry or mail. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. 4. DRAWING. Potential winners will be randomly drawn the last day of each calendar month during the Promotional Period. Potential winners of the $1,000 prize will be notified by email and required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release which must be returned within three (3) days of the date of delivery of notification email or alternate winners will be selected. If confirmed receipt of the notification email is not made within a reasonable period of time after initial efforts by All Island Media, Inc., (at least twenty-four (24) hours after initial contact attempt is made), if contact is refused, or if any prize is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner. All prizes are non-transferable.
5. PRIZES. One (1) $1,000 winner for each Monthly Drawing. Limit: one (1) $1,000 winner per household per the entire Promotion.
6. LICENSE. Prize acceptance constitutes permission (except where prohibited) to use winner’s name and likeness for publicity purposes without additional compensation.
7. TAXES. Any and all taxes relating to the Prizes are the responsibility of the winner.
8. GOVERNING LAW. The Promotion is governed by the laws of the United States. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.
9. ODDS OF WINNING. Odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received for each Monthly Drawing. You can increase your chances of winning by sharing the contest through provided social media links. If someone uses your link to successfully enter you earn an additional entry. No limit to additional entries when using this method.
10. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE. By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Pennysaver, All Island Media, Inc, and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) technical errors related to the operation of the Promotion; (b) errors in the administration of the Promotion; (c) printing errors; (d) telephone system failures; and/or (e) late, lost, misdirected or undelivered mail.
11. LIST OF WINNERS. For a list of prize winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope within thirty (30) days following the end of the Promotion to: Pennysaver $1,000 Monthly Sweepstakes Winners List, All Island Media, 1 Rodeo Drive, Edgewood, New York, 11717.
