Meditation is being discussed and practiced everywhere these days: doctors’ waiting rooms, boardrooms, locker rooms, classrooms. Minimally, the daily practice of meditation reduces stresses. It can also spark creativity, enhance work performance, present solutions and provide spiritual enrichment. There is nothing complicated or difficult about getting started in meditation.
