Although meditation appears to be a passive activity, it is actually a very dynamic practice leading to new ways of thinking. Your belief system, your understanding of how the universe operates, is transformed. It is both magical and miraculous. There are many ways to meditate. Mindfulness is one of them. Motivational speaker Constance explains how a mindfulness meditation practice leads to a mindfulness way of life. Topics include definitions of meditation and mindfulness, the benefits of mindfulness meditation, the mindfulness lifestyle, the history of mindfulness-based stress reduction (MSRB), the guiding principles of mindfulness, and the foundations of mindfulness. This interactive seminar provides attendees with the opportunity to experience progressive relaxation, mindfulness meditation and guided visualization.
