The writing staff of a popular 1950’s comedy show is always at battle to gain the attention of the main mad man with the hopes of getting their jokes on his show. One morning they have to join their crazy leader in a battle against the network. Hilarity and hi-jinx ensue in this writing room comedy. Come to the 23rd floor where laughter always abounds.
