Islip Arts Council is preparing for an exciting summer fi lled
with great music and Shakespearean theater! Several FREE
events are on the horizon, including three Summer Concert
Series with many popular old and new bands, as well as
other performances.

Thursdays on the Bay: takes place at the Scenic Long Island
Maritime Museum in West Sayville and is the perfect
place to wind down. Bring a chair or a blanket and stay

Friday, August 1 from 6:00 – 7:30 p.m. at Emma Clark
Library
Local band Easy Street will play an eclectic mix of
popular, dance, R&B, rock & country music from the
60s to today that all ages are sure to enjoy. This concert
is open to the public, and there is no registration. Bring
a blanket, chair, or even a picnic. Or stop by the cafe
inside the Library for food and drink before the concert!
