Teaching Schindler’s List: Using Film to Explore the Holocaust

How can we apply the lessons of the film Schindler’s List toward standing up to hatred in our own communities? How do you engage students in conversations around racism, antisemitism, and other forms of hatred?

To commemorate the 25th anniversary of Schindler’s List, Universal Pictures is re-releasing the film for a limited theatrical engagement. In this professional development workshop for educators, you will learn how to using this film in a classroom is an opportunity to help students raise questions about racism, antisemitism, and other forms of exclusion in today’s political climate.
