Welcome to the Commack Ambulance Run For Your Life 5k Run/Walk 2019. This is a flat, fast, USATF certified event for competitive runners as well as casual runners/walkers and their supportive friends. All monies go to Commack Volunteer Ambulance Corps. Get 1 FREE raffle ticket with registration. We will also be selling raffle tickets, so don’t forget to buy some and win a prize. The 5K Run/Walk starts at 9:00 a.m. SHARP. Registration starts at at 7:30 a.m. There will be on course water stations, refreshments, prizes, and featuring professional race announcer TERRY BISOGNO. See you at the finish line!
