Resurrection to Host Oktoberfest 2017
Sixth Annual Oktoberfest at Resurrection Lutheran Church, Garden City. Saturday, Sept. 23, 6:30 to 10:30 p.m. Live German music by die Schlauberger (7-piece Oktoberfest band), plus German food, imported German beer and wine purchased separately. Net proceeds support the missions of Resurrection. Event will take place under large tent on church lawn along Emmet Place entrance to church; 420 Stewart Ave., Garden City. Advance tickets through Sept. 17: $35 per adult; $10 per child ages 4-12; children age 3 and under free.
