ADV SOLUTIONS is the evolution of my family owned and operated business that was created by my father.  He started Victor Cassella painting in 1971 which was primarily industrial and commercial painting and power washing.  With his hard work and honesty, the company branched out to add residential painting and power washing.  In 1991 I took over the family business and created Cassella Painting Inc. and it quickly grew.  We continued industrial and commercial projects, Brookhaven National Laboratory, Stony Brook University, Fire Houses, Warehouses, Banks and Gas stations to name a few. Where we gained the most recognition was High End Residential Houses and Estates.  Our honesty, reliability and a high standard of workmanship and respect was recognized by all in the Industry and customers.  In 2012 I used years of knowledge and experience with the advice and support of my sons to develop ADV SOLUTIONS.  ADV SOLUTIONS is not only a full service power washing company we developed it to be much more.  From the ground up we designed and engineered all equipment to be state of the art, efficient and safe. Our chemicals are either proprietary blend or of the highest quality and Environmentally safe for whatever project or surface.  We also researched and tested different companies and equipment until we felt we found and added the best to our fleet.  Our pure water system is of the highest quality and design for cleaning Solar Panels and windows.In the last three-quarters of a century a lot has changed – technology, governments, world economies, the materials we use in our daily lives. But, one things remains unchanged – our dedication to doing the best work in New York. We keep an old fashioned attitude about work, and that’s that it needs to be done when we promised. More and more, that means relying on brilliant minds and hardworking craftsmen working in tandem.  We shut down Cassella Painting and launched ADV SOLUTIONS LLC in 2016 and almost immediately we were recognized for our hard work and standards with multiple contracts for property management across Suffolk county and referrals from completed jobs. ADV SOLUTIONS LLC is owned and operated by myself John Cassella and my sons Anthony, Dominick and Vincent Cassella.  ADV SOLUTIONS is fully licensed and insured as is all our employees.  Our employees are held to the same high standards of workmanship, honesty and respect that only ADV SOLUTIONS can provide.  You can explore our site or contact us to find out more about our services.
